How can I pay for my Taxi?

You can pay for your taxi transfer online, using any major credit, charge or bank card, or by Paypal. Remember, you don’t have to have or sign up for a Paypal account if you’re using a credit card.

How do I find my driver at the airport?

Your taxi driver will be waiting for you immediately outside of the arrivals hall, holding up a sign with your name on. If for any reason you can't find him, just call us on the hotline number shown at the top of the page, and we'll help you to locate him. When you book, please make sure you give us your mobile phone number, and that it is on and working, so we can call you if the driver can't find you!

What happens if my flight is delayed?

No problem, our driver will wait, as long as it takes, and we WON'T charge you a waiting fee for any delay up to five hours, unlike other taxi services. If you're arriving at the airport, please make sure we have your flight number, so we can track the progress of your flight and notify your driver of any long delays. If your flight is delayed, or you miss it, please get in touch to let us know.

Do you offer free cancellation?

Absolutely - just let us know 48 hours before your booking, and we will issue a full refund - although this is subject to a $5 admin fee.

How many seats do your taxis have?

We normally provde either 4 or 7 seater cars or 12/16 seater mini-buses. Please book the right type for your needs - and we'll make sure the taxi provided has plenty of space for you and your luggage. Don't forget to tell us if you have a large amount of luggage or sports equipment!

Are all your taxis air-conditioned?

All of our taxis are recent models with A/C and comfortable seats. Check out our commonly used models on the About Us page.

How long is the taxi ride from Saigon to Mui Ne?

Our taxis always use the new expressway from Phan Thiet to HCMC, so the journey normally takes between 2.5 and 3 hours, dependent on traffic conditions. If you are booking a return journey back to the airport to catch a flight from Saigon airport, we advise to allow 3.5 hours for the journey, plus 2 hours for check-in. During busy periods (Christmas, New Year and Tet) we advise adding another hour to that.

Will there be a comfort stop during the journey?

Our taxi drivers are instructed to stop approximately half-way through the journey, so you can take a break and have a coffee or a snack. If you want to stop more frequently, no problem, just ask the driver and he will be happy to help.
